Dr Zamlian Mang Hatzaw posted to Parbung CHC

Saikot (zoramobserver.com): The Government of Manipur has assigned another doctor to ‘Parbung PHC’ (was CHC and now designated Pherzawl District Hospital). As per the Directorate of Health Services, Dr. Zamlian Mang Hatzaw has been “released with immediate effect” to enable him to join at his place of posting mentioned against their name.

“Only two doctors were posted at Parbung CHC (designated Pherzawl District Hospital). As per protocol, a CHC level must have at least 6 doctors,” sources said.

The addition of Dr. Hatzaw’s to the list of Parbung CHC staff is expected to boost health service in the district. It is not yet clear when he will settle at his post and start practicing his profession.
