About Us

Pherzawldistrict.com is “not a government web portal” started by the Citizens’ Initiative for Development and Empowerment (CIDE) as a public initiative to support and engage with the district, state and central government officials in the process of development and governance. As an independent non-NGO and non-government initiative, members participating in this project are simply utilizing their free time to provide information to the public and participate in nation-building. As CIDE members, we declare that we are not aligned with any political group or social organisations. Our main goal is to provide information and promote development in partnership with all stakeholders.

How to be a volunteer:

We welcome all credible stakeholders and individuals who can help us in providing useful information and data (that may include photos, documents and other items) to become a volunteer/s.

Send us your bio-data along with one photo to pherzawldistrict@gmail.com. The final decision will be taken by the founder/coordinator.

By becoming a volunteer you will be able to share documents, photos and other files on the website. For example, you can write about your village and issues close to your heart. Please note English articles will be accepted for now. Photos/files must be accompanied by relevant information.
