While Pherzawl District is quite amazing in terms of people, land and cultures, however there are equally some interesting things you should know. Let’s mention a few things for you. (Please note this is as on May 30, 2018).

  1. Pherzawl District DC and most of the staff work from Churachandpur District.
  2. There is just one functional bank.
  3. It has one petrol pump station at Thanlon.
  4. In some villages people have to walk as far as 2 km to get phone mobile phone signals (from Mizoram) to make phone calls.
  5. In most villages we have more churches than schools.
